I don't think that Murray's message was saying insider trading in the sense you are thinking, rather how can it be insider trading if TK announces possible upward trend to 12$: This information is public knowledge. You find this form of information from other firms such as JP Morgan and their analysis of certain stocks and people invest accordingly. Our job is to be aware of what the company we invest in is doing. If we talk with them, it gives us a better and clearer understanding of where we should invest our hard earned income. That is why many companies have an investor relations department. It would be foolish for anyone to buy a stock without researching that particular stock first. I think you owe an apology to Murray with your inuendos.
