I agree with Archangel's comments. There are undoubtedly subtle diplomatic processes involved here and this is a good time to cut the company a little slack. The company is doing its best to be flexible in working with the Band, and is having to deal with issues as they arise. Sungold and the Band have a long history of working together. They have a contractual arrangement. The company has been assisting and supporting the band for several years with their application for nation to nation status. I believe that both parties respect their history of mutual support even though each side may have differing needs or priorities at a given time. Overall they are working together towards a common goal. As shareholders we have our own wishes and naturally feel impatient when things don't go as expected. At times like this I remind myself that the company is totally committed to increasing the value of the company. While Michigan appears to be the focus just now, the company is also forging ahead with the other projects, and we can expect to hear about some of those developments before long.
