Craig, Building and leaving a reserve on the books for product returns is good business sense (with or without anticipating Sun returns) especially in light of long customer accept cycles and some history of receiving returns several qtrs after initially shipping/booking revenue. They can use the reserve at any time to cover future returns without taking a current period expense hit or they can choose not to use the reserve and take a product return hit in the current quarter. Controller needs to make the call depending on whether he feels Ancor is adequately reserved.
