David... this looks a little confusing.. When I go to Edgar I see filings that show ECO, McGinnis, and Fradella each with 35% of shares (8.8 mil). Market guide shows 25mil outstanding (if my memory works) with 10 mil float.. Needless to say I am looking forward to EIF's statement.. EIF is up 11 % with 500k shares traded. ???? regards pete
