The rail industry tests are one year for tank cars with non-hazardous contents and 2 years with hazardous contents. Following the first year and 5000 rolling miles, the AAR will examine 5 of the 30 valves planned for installation and determine their conclusions. The balance of the valves will continue for the next year and repeat the same process.

Once the 30 valves are installed on tank cars, the Company expects to start applications for petrochemical and pipeline industries.

Revenues are not anticipated to flow until year 2000 based on the need to R&D and test any valves developed.
