To all,
A while back I made a post that said "short-noise is inversely proportional to reality/truth".
Well right now in my opinion we are hearing an extraordinary amount of "short- noise" from Sturza.

WHY DOES STURZA FEEL IT IS SO ESSENTIAL THAT HE BE HEARD NOW?

If he is correct, just what difference
does a few months make when the truth will be known?

I just don't get it. Why doesn't he let the stock do what ever, and keep recommending that his subscribers short the stock if he is so sure of the outcome?
The best advise he could give right now, in my opinion, if he really believes what he writes, and it just could be that he does and that is fine, would be: Let NVX run up on the BUY recommendations and short it all the way up. NVX will be denied FDA approval according to his thinking and at that time let greed rule, DON,T COVER TILL IT HITS THE BOTTOM.

Well we all know the answer by now.
1. NVX is going to get FDA approval relatively soon IMHO and
2. This is not a do or die situation for NVX or its stockholders. The maximum exposure here is a delay into '97 that come 1998, and DTaP-IPV and the delay won't even be remembered.IMHO

3. Now for argument sake lets create a really worse case scenerio and base it on Sturza's own statements of a whole year delay, and it still would not behoove the institutions or anyone else to sell out. From what I am hearing less than 1% of the float ( I'll guess something less than 1.2 million shares) is held by the individual investor now and that number is shrinking fast daily. The individual investor has been the seller of late and I have been told by reliable sources institutions have been big buyers and it will continue that way. This to me does indeed put the large stockholders like the institutions, completely in control.They can sit back ,and just not make any stock available till the situation is ripe for the picking. That just could be around the time that NVX is earning that projected $5.00 per share.:-} IMHO.

Well "ACTIONS SPEAK LOUDER THAN WORDS' And the actions from the Sturza camp are the real message; IMHO. Now for myself , I am going to sit back and just let things play themselves out . I am real confortable with that position. :-}
