**TO ALL**
Just got off the phone with Dick Elwood. First thing, he does NOT recall speaking to a Mr. Velmer, but he did say it was possible. HOWEVER, he made it CRYSTAL CLEAR, that NO INFORMATION AT ALL, will be discussed ahead of the meeting. He said that he would not have discussed those issues in which Mr. Velmer refers to. He did say that last weeks release posted on Yahoo, was NOT AN OFFICIAL RELEASE from SCTI or D&H. He told me that "everything will become a lot clearer after the shareholders meeting"! That's all I got, but that's about all I expected. The man would have to be foolish to make ANY formal statement ahead of the meeting. I for one am sticking and buying.
