Did you give up on VMRX?

To answer my own question of a few post ago regarding who would hear the CPRO appeal; it will be a three judge panel not including McKelie. This from a yahoo post of today. There are some very intelligent and well informed post on Yahoo for CPRO.

Still wondering about hedging my CPRO holdings with VMRX. What do you think will happen to VMRX should Baxter prevail in the appeal? How about if CPRO should prevail?
