I think the people on this thread better be careful here. The company isn't very honest with their annual reports. Cost me 9,000 and I was calling the CFO (the largest shareholder) called on Friday when company had collections out against and distributors had cut them off. The said at the time a merger was going to get with a big increase in revenue and clear up financial difficulty. I called Dunn & Bradstreet found out the truth. Now they are pulling that same old crap again. Buyer beware. I held 7500 warrants and 6000 shares of stock when it took an overnight drop. Might pay to call D & B again if you already own it. had a 25 to 1 stock reverse split to stay on min price for nasdaq small cap. Faked net worth then IMHO. Next deal was telco out of country. Then dist of Havana cigars. Then bought cigar company and making their own. Sort of far fetched to me. May be I'm just bitter cause I was screwed by dishonest reports. Bowser ratings are very unreliable.
