Milk I just got off the phone with Jack and we had a nice long talk. He did inform me that the remaining stock would be issued as restricted shares for future mergers. Also i understood him to say that the $500,000 was still in the bank and was not used for the first merger but would be used on future mergers. Riding the storm out!
