Larry, The $2399 is a great price. Just checked out the Dell site. Prices for 400mhz ranges from 2399 to 3799. The 2399 does not describe monitor so expect it to be low end. As is video card and cdrom(no DVD). Also no Zip or sparc drive which is now a standard for high end systems. Still good price. DavidG
