Annual Meeting Charade. I've been through one of these charade meeting before and I will not be a part of this one, as I previously thought I would. They have all the votes to do whatever they want and I'd just be pissing in the wind. So, I'm going to cast my vote in this manner: I've sent a vigorous complaint to the SEC about the management and the board of TMSR and I've contacted the law firm of Barrack, Rodos & Racine about a possible class action lawsuit against TMSR management and the Board of Directors.
