Makes sense. They need 1M float to qualify for the listing anyway. My understanding is that the float will be brought up to 1M shortly after the split, by placing restricted shares.

Sorry if I'm repeating myself, but I called Jack again, to run the following scenario by him: what if the resulting post-split price is not enough to qualify ($4+ for 30 days), should we expect another reverse split to re-adjust the value (3:1 or 2:1 this time). In a nutshell, he said it wouldn't be a wise move, and they are not planning to do that. They are confident they can meet the necessary listing requirements ($4+ price, 1M float, float value $5M, just to name a few) with 300:1.
