Pam, here is a summary from Vogels Report;

Rouhana's Seasoned Management Team: The Single Most Important Strategic Asset

WinStar's Chairman and CEO, Bill Rouhana, is on a mission to commercialize the "precious national resource" that WinStar possesses. Rouhana has assembled a formidable team to carry out the company's strategy.

Nate Kantor is President and COO of WinStar. Kantor was previously a member of MCI Communications' top management ranks as president of its northeast division team. His leadership during the mid-to-late 1980's was critical to MCI's success in fighting its first set of competitive telecom battles.

Dave Schmieg, President and COO of WinStar Telecom, is responsible for WinStar's full-service local telecommunications business nationwide. Prior to joining WinStar, Schmieg spent 25 years in the telecom industry, holding senior positions at Southwestern Bell Telephone, AT&T, and Sprint.

Howard Taylor, President and COO of WinStar Broadband Services, is responsible for developing and implementing WinStar's strategy of providing data, video, and Internet services. Taylor has over 20 years of telecommunications, information technology, and data networking experience, including senior management responsibilty at Southern New England Telephone (SNET), MCI, Telenet Communications Corp. (then a subsidiary of US Sprint Communications) and IBM.

Charles Dickson, executive vice president and CFO, is also a telecom veteran. Prior to WinStar, Dickson served for four years as CFO of NextLevel Systems and for nine years in various senior financial executive positions at MCI.

We believe WinStar's top 50 executives average over 20 years of telecom experience.

Also, previously mentioned here, was Frank Jepson, senior vice president, Capital Market Relations.

Someone else will have to help me get more specific on changes in the last year and the results. I couldn't remember without going thru all the releases or back thru this thread. You know, as the mind starts getting older....
