Conversation With KTEL CFO

I spoke with Mr. Corey Fischer, KTEL's CFO, this morning.

I wanted to clarify a statement that CEO Weiner made in his interview this morning regarding sales growth. Mr. Fischer confirmed that they are projecting sales growth to (not of) $100MM this fiscal year.

As they are already halfway through their fiscal year, and have already booked revenues of >$48MM, that is an extremely conservative call.

Also, I did confirm that their plans to offer over 250,000 titles means that they will be distributing titles well beyond those in their own catalog. In other words, you will be able to buy any new release off their site, not just KTEL golden oldie compilations. This is a whole new market for them, and I don't believe that this story has been told well yet.
