Steve, I did not notice that particular comment, but it did seem that Stan suddenly had a lot to say and the name Tobak wasn't mentioned once. I also thought the following a little interesting: In addition, the company has reprioritized its fabrication agreements. Now, the company's new 0.25-micron fab in South Portland, Maine will concentrate on manufacturing the MediaGX, Cyrix's integrated processor. M II production will now be concentrated on IBM's 6S2 process, with an L-effective length of 0.30 microns. pubs.cmpnet.com I'm certain that it wasn't that long ago that somebody at CYRX/NSM was quoted as saying that it did not make sense to produce the GX at 0.25um.
