To whom it may concern:

I have recently begun reading some of the messages posted on this board at the request of
a close friend. I realize that my first responsibility is to the shareholders of PARS, and I
would like to thank you for sharing your thoughts and feelings. I have faith that in the
next two months, our two drugs, Alrex and Lotemax will capture much of their respective
markets. Furthermore, I am optimistic for the future of HU211.

Our union with Bausch and Lomb has been fruitful and I expect that it will continue to
be so with our future products. Again, thank you for supporting Pharmos Corp.
