Helen Update Tuesday Helen had a new trick. She grasped and held onto a rattle for the first time. Now when I feed her, she tries to get her hands in the way. She's strong. Last night I fed her, and she got fussy even though her top&bottom ends had just been serviced. Spouse tells me "she's tired. Hold her close and she'll fall asleep." So I fit the Helenator with a faceplug and nestle her into my left arm. She settles down and goes heavier&heavier over the next 15 minutes. Finally her eyes stay closed, and I can deposit her into the crib. She napped for half an hour. She went seven hours between feedings last night. New record.
