well said, Pierre. Facts have not been confirmed.

IMO though, it would not be appropriate for anyone to ask TK about any rumored report. The issues of rumors and a potential report are for speculation between shareholders. The employees and principals of brokerage firms have a responsibility to their clients. The confirmations of rumors should be on a 'need to know' basis. We shareholders who are not TK clients do NOT NEED TO KNOW. IF, as and when.....in due time. Enough said.....
