To ALL: CVIA was "empty." If a deal was NOT made, then what????

Whether or not Jack Arnold made the "best" deal... who knows. But he is putting CVIA back in a position to conduct business. To me, that's GOOD!!

Time will tell whether or not WOTD will perform and if they do, the business should do well and shareholders should do well. With JUST the $3.5 Million tire company, figuring profits at 10% ($350,000) would put this at 89› EPS.

Throw in DOUBLE the shares and it's still an EPS of 45›.

HOWEVER, if they DO acquire and grow as projected, the profits could be much higher.

I try to project earnings and make my decisions based on that.

If WOTD does not perform, then nobody would be buying the stock. So regardless of how many shares the principles of WOTD have or don't have, there have to be buyers in order for them to get money for their shares.

Bottom line is that WOTD principles have to perform if they want to make money for themselves. Shareholders place their bets based on what they think will happen.

If people will do their own research, they can make their own decisions and then they should live with the results. Blaming someone else seems tacky.

I think CVIA has communicated with investors about as well as anybody.

Just my opinion.

Best wishes,
Brad
