Darrell, I noticed on insider history that Maxwell Steinhardt, ex-CEO, has pretty much sold all his stock except for 52,300 since 3/31. My guess he has probably finished selling all his holdings by now. This means the sell pressure is gone. Also, Dana Allan, Exec. VP increased his holdings to 1.910 mil by at least 10,000 shares in the month of February. This is a good sign. I also agree with your analysis that MSFT should just take this company out. Under this kind of situation maybe we get $2-3 bucks today.
