According to my source these were the numbers that the previous property owner(RTZ) came up with. BIL feel that RTZ severely underestimated the size potential of this project. I don't own this stock yet..just checking around because I don't rush into anything anymore. My reaction was the same as yours when I saw these numbers! Keith
