Surely a paper trail exists when a company purchases $4.5 million dollars worth of equipment from another. Why would Premier manufacture equipment if an order wasn't written in stone? Was this equipment actually delivered? Cozean wasn't blindsided by this...she new well in advance what the problem was and why Schein pulled out. If Premier intentionally filed false sales figures, what's the impact on them? SEC violations? Class Action Lawsuits? Does the equipment Premier allegedly was to sell to Schein possibly violate ILT's patent claims? Or is the Centauri only for the dental drilling aspect of the dental market, not tooth whitening? Oh yeah, by the way, you were right.
