Excise taxes are another government blunder. It will be another way for the government to take more tax money from the poor. Those who are just barely getting by will be able to put less food on the dinner table so that they can support their tobacco habit. This will really help the children. They will eat less because tobacco costs their parents more money. The government doesn't think anything through, all they see are dollar signs.
