CIDCO produces quality telephone teminal equipment efficiently and is a cash rich company. There are large diversified telephone equipment manufacturers, NORTEL, ERICSSON, SIEMENS, etc., that continue to have problems in the telephone terminal area. These divisions within their companies produce negative cash flow. They all make seemingly quality terminal equipment, but are not successful for whatever reasons, but mainly cost. When is the last time you saw a telephone set in Wal-Mart or K-Mart manufactured by these companies. There price is simply not competitive. These companies would like the benefits of CIDCO. So buy them.
