Gene, Re: "Am I right in assuming that Celeron is classified as P6 but not PII?" Celeron is a PII, intended for business or personal use computers. P6 is another name for the Pentium Pro, which has been THE server CPU chip for the past 2 1/2 years. P6 will eventually fade out in favor of the 350 or 400 MHz PII's announced today, which had been code-named Deschutes. Next year, Merced comes out. It will coexist with PII, as Merced is a 64 bit CPU and PII is a 32 bit CPU. They will coexist because 64 bits will be overkill for quite a while re business or personal computers, for which 32 bits is just fine. Just thought I'd clear some things up, as Paul may be out to the woodshop for awhile. Tony
