Nutcracker is fuming. Fuck you Charlie, Fuck you Maria, Fuck the whole bunch. Stock issued at "fair market value for services", my stinking ass. Give all your fucking cronies tons of shares Charlie, then go enlist SGA (of course load their boat with shares - you can bet the little SEXI army is rooting through the fall leaves to dig up goodies on you punks) and then go around telling sweat lies (that's you Charlie) about deals that are not much more than initial contacts (in some cases hardly more than passing breeze). Support the stock just loong enough for you scumbag associates to sell their positions, and there you have it. A totally diluted float with a glimmer of hope on table. I sure hope this scenario this proves to be wrong. Nutcracker is pursuing further concrete information with vengence being the driving force. It occurred to me that the following hypothesis may have some validity; Yoder and Raumer were used as pawns - Huttoe needed someone to place the blame on when these supposed deals never came to light, and you got it, he need someone to look responsible, someone who wasn't tied into the S-8 shares. They were about the only two who couldn't come back an haunt Charlie in relation to these S-8's. Can we all say together, "Charlie is a self-interested scumbag who pokes beef patties at the expense of others." I sure hope I eat my words. I'd love to and I wouldn't be so poor. Nutcracker
