Frank - please explain to the SI Board Readers how a company in bankruptcy hires new people to flesh out new areas. I'll bet that "sign on bonuses" (in heavy duty amounts) were paid to employees just prior to the bankruptcy filing so as to deplete working capital. I'm sure it wouldn't shock you to learn that any "Plan" will wipe out current equity owners. Accordingly, hiring of new people may benefit someone, just not those of us who read this board who are current shareholders.

As an old sage once said, "when you lie with dogs expect to get fleas". If you feel an itch, its probably those valuable stock warrants you've been promised, being lifted from your back pocket.
