My point wasn't really profound. What I was referring to was the intangible aspect of things like stock splits, bond offerings, options - basically any news that that creates market interest. So much of the reason for buying into this company rests on the past performances of the members of the management team and so little on assets and income that evidence early on of an aggressive and directed game plan, ie. ROW acquisitions, the purchase of existing companies to facilitate the initiation of services this calendar year and the bond offering all project a positive image from a marketing standpoint. I guess my point is that relatively few people know of Level 3 yet, and though the bond sale is to institutions only it also attracts attention in the investment community and probably more investors as a result.
