Hi Vaughn!

Plse correct me if I am wrong but with regards to the M1 property, I assume that RG and SUF own the property outright. Even if they should lose the mineral rights to DeBeers and Associates, it does not give them the right to mine the property without SUF and RG consent. If such is the case, then SUF and RG still hold a pretty big club.
I would also assume that while DeBeers may not be in a hurry to settle (not really in their best interest), the other parties will want their ill gotten gains as quickly as possible.
It could be an interesting summer.
P.S. I will not be available to get in on that conference call tomorrow so if anybody does get in, PLSE post the results.
