I know this might sound crazy, but perhaps they are awaiting final results for the FIRST QUARTER to report along with the restatements for the past few months/years. Furthermore, if the results for the past quarters, as restated, are less then previously posted, then just maybe we will be getting "GOOD" news as the first quarter, in comparison, is much better then any of us expected. Possible? Elliot
