This is nice, But DELLs biggest threat is that CPQ will let its net margin come down to DELLs level. Yes, despite all the talk, CPQs net margins, up to 1Q98, have been higher than DELLs. Translation, CPQs agressive pricing will continue for some time to come.

BTW, CPQ generated over a billion in cash during the quarter and DELL is issuing debt.
Go figure.
