Thanks for the post! I wonder if this came out before the market closed or afterward? It did not show up on quotes.yahoo.com, so maybe it came out after the close, which means word leaked out earlier. More to the point, what does this really mean? Will these shares be sold at market price or are they exercised at a preset (maybe lower than market) price? I'm not knowledgable on this kind of stuff. Frank
