Well Dermot, there certainly are exceptions.

But anyway, I might as well remind you that Navigator began as freeware when Netscape was just starting out. Then when they got a monopolistic market position in browsers, they started charging for it (price gouging?). But before you jump on me, no I don't have a problem with that and think it's a great business plan. Unfortunately they failed to execute afterwards and here we are today.

Btw, NSCP is getting some action and attention on Wall Street lately. An analyst called me today just to get my read on it--for the first time in years, I didn't bite his head off for even thinking of buying NSCP. In fact, I told him that while it wasn't my style, the stock would probably work in the nearer-term.
