Never said it was different, but it is more 'service oriented' today than the online cyber booking agents. IFLY's best hope is to create a travel services community, linking together suppliers and buyers. Frequent flyer miles services, spiffs, the whole works.... It will take a lot of technology they don't have. There big distinction is that they have a handle on costs, and have been driving reasonable revenue numbers. I've never researched travelvelocity before. Are they public?
