Frank, the announcement was out on Yahoo 6:57 PM EDT. I am not sure, but if I am reading it correctly we now know why the stock is down. 9.5MM more shares to dilute the existing base. This looks like a real surprise to the market. Maybe Mark can explain it better than I since he is following the company and will call them soon.
