Steve: That $400,000 was/is the fixed overhead to operate the company per month. That amount is planned to be spread over License Fees, OEM deals, sales of Flashbacks/VoiceLink, and contract work done by the spin-off company (can't recall the name off-hand). Awhile back I did a cost account to determine (guessamate) how many units needed to be sold to cover overhead. I do not recall what numbers I used. Let say the company makes $125.00 per unit. $400,000 / $125.00 = 3200 units per month to cover overhead. Nothing else taken into considrations. This decreases when the other areas provide $$$ to the company. THESE NUMBERS ARE OFF THE TOP OF MY HEAD. Just something to throw out for discussion.

Most Options and warrant are in the $1.00 - $1.50 area, except the very most recent warrants (.6225) I think that is correct. If all converted, total shares would be a little over 30 Million shares, reason for the increase in number of shares voted on at the special shareholders meeting.

Keep watching EDGAR for the earnings report. I do not think the company will come out with a news release, unless it a POSATIVE report. Not earnings, just overall improvement. Mr. Root has indicated no sense in advertising bad news/numbers.
