You may tag movie orders with non-interactive messages or you can become sophisticated by being interactive (touch-tone or speech recognition) to upsell upcoming special events, sell instant premium channel upgrades, merchandise, opinion poll, or transfer callers to the pizza store. Calls can be prompted by menu selection to "Press 1", "Press 2", or "Press 1, 2 3" for multiple upsell opportunities. Callers can record messages for fulfillment. Callers can be trapped for "sting" operations capturing cable pirates. This tool, just continues to get better and better as affiliates find more and more applications. Dusty
