This Class Action talk is interesting...I heard that after this merger was said and done, that Jack and some of the other original shareholders were considering a Class Action suit against the Old CVIA Mgmt.

(I believe one of them's name was Gifford and he's now a VP of Maxxon, BB:MXON, so that might be another to avoid.)

So, we could have one of them tri-lateral suits; we sue new mgmt, while new mgmt sues old mgmt. At least WOTD will have some assets to go after.

So, does anyone know if the merger was Officially signed??
