Steve:

No, just haven't had time to study their efforts in detail. Tax time. As I indicated, I bought a very small amount, just as a tickler to study it further and keep a paw on it. It's a process that I have found to be useful..... if I don't like the company that I've taken equity in, it almost invariably leads to something else.

>> What do you think will happen to VMRX should Baxter prevail in the appeal?<<

Not much, near-term. However, if you can answer my question about the projected market size for CEPRATE, I may change my mind. :-)

>> How about if CPRO should prevail? <<

Interesting question. There seems to be little in the way of near-term revenues in the current price. As we've reviewed in this thread, it's difficult to tell who's going to win/get stuck with a company like this..... Aries companies throw a wide net.

Thanks for the Yahoo lead. I'll take a look. You don't often go from $35/share to 3 on great fundamentals.

Hedge, hedge, hedge.

Could you briefly summarize the CPRO stance (and Yahoo posts) for us? The suit was filed in '92, and the B-D/Baxter/Hopkins stance is pretty clear..... the anti-CD34 patent is issued and valid.
