I dont know and I really dont care if this merger was signed... under these terms they are going to walk into a legal blender, as Jack is rapidly approaching it... if WOTD has any sense at all they will step away and re-evalute the stink they are throwing at us, because I fully intend to throw it right back... and yeah they have assets and they had better pray that things are not as I suspect they are. Because they wont be using their assets for Jack SH*T other than restitution to the damage they have financially caused CVIA share holders. You show me any Judge or Jury in the country that would have sympathy for them after costing share holders 96+%... This is unheard of except bankruptcy proceedings. KAA
