Only had the time to browse through it, but the
risk of significant dilution at below market prices
associated to the recent financing is acknowledged.
I will let Karl try to convince all of you that
the glass is actually full. To me, CVUS looks like
the Titanic after it got hit by the iceberg, with
Captain Shant at the helm.
