Ok. I've been researching a new Bill Pay/Presentment Company:

www.novazen.com

Both CheckFree and MSFDC are mention a few times in 'FAQs'. Some very good information, in fact I think they tell too much. This company is coming from the Biller side of the 'Model'.

"The financial aggregators believe they provide a better model for bill aggregation since a consumer can also manage their finances at the same site. Their argument is that bill paying is a natural extension of personal finance and banking. While paying my bills, I might want to see the balance of my checking account. Many financial community analysts agree with this logic. So then why are companies like CheckFree and MSFDC making a run for this business? Primarily because they can while the window is still open. A service like CheckFree's would have been a natural extension to a large bank, such as NationsBank. However, none of the banks have been able to deliver such a service since they are still struggling with the online banking side of the equation. Until they can actually provide the consumer
online access to their checking account and other personal banking functions, they would be no different from CheckFree or MSFDC. But many banks and other financial institutions are very close to achieving this. When they do, some of the larger banks will most certainly and aggressively pursue bill aggregation as a value added service."

"In the interactive world of the Internet, it doesn't - and shouldn't - matter. Novazen believes that, in the longer-term, the consumer will have to choice to receive any of his or her bills via multiple means and from multiple online locations. This is precisely the world Novazen is developing products to support - near-term and long-term."
