scott- you said that sun "stole" henry's work. not true. both technologies deal with dynamic code generation, but that's about as far as it goes. so, now what exactly is your point? should r&d companies ignore ideas that are coming out of academia? why would they want to be so myopic? sun's entire existence sprung out of a stanford university research project. please tell us what's wrong with that? and if you do have a point, how does it relate to sun's prospects as an investment?
