As for the number of outstanding shares, the last figures I saw were 15MM outstanding, float 6MM. Total authorized is 50MM. These figures were posted in Jan/Feb by someone who said they called the company. A point to remember is last Oct they said 6MM outstanding with a 2MM float. If they issued shares to cover the expenses of the tournament, who knows how many now. Of the difference between the float and outstanding, there are a lot of shares that are "restricted". But again who knows, the company has NEVER released any of this information in a public forum. Rick
