JR, Re: >"Intel or Kurlak???"<

Everyone is waiting for Intel to make it's inevitable come back but the market never ever ever does what is expected. Traders just get lucky once in awhile. The biggest knowledgeable unknown for Intel right now is what if anything will the FTC or DOJ do to Intel? Any slight negative by anyone who investors deem to be knowledgeable, or the recepient of insider info, will spook them hence Kurlak or Merrill.

Now looking forward business wise Kurlak's days for manipulating Intel are running short. Intel has just come off of 5 or 6 quarters of slowdown for various reasons. Intel has address all those issues and prepared the company going forward to improve it's market share once again. The only two issues which I believe may give Intel a business problem is the current corp. buying policy for YTK spending and internet spending (bandwidth vs cpu power). But if I am thinking about or heard about it I'm sure Intel has and is address it. It's just that I don't know what they are planning or doing about it. I think they have the modem on a chip and nic card etc.

Kurlak is a LACKEY for Merrill big profiteers and Merrill knows the market is currently very manipulative.
