Walter, thank you for the insight into the company. BTW, I recently paid a visit to the IBM Tivoli web site. I found out that Asset Insight is currently being considered for the "Pinnacle" level of integration. There are only four other products that have this level of "integration". The following is from IBM:

<<Tivoli defines three levels of integration, which it certifies. These levels correspond to its partner programs. They are named Foundation, Premiere, and Pinnacle.

FOUNDATION. Foundation-level integration provides launch, help text, a
loadable MIB (for NetView), event messages, and event forwarding to the Tivoli console (for system management). Vendors certify their products by logging onto Tivoli's Web site and verifying that the event mechanisms function properly. Foundation products are not branded Tivoli Ready.

PREMIERE. Thirty-two Tivoli Ready products are available as of October
1997 which have Premiere-level integration. Premiere-level integration
adds automated management and control to the event data collection
functions of Foundation level. See Illustration 3 for a description of
integration requirements.

PINNACLE. Only four partners have developed products based on the TME
framework to create Pinnacle products. Products and vendors in this
category include DBMX, now owned by Tivoli; Sybase's ESSM, now owned by Platinum; Santix DCEmgt; IBM DB2; and Informix XPS.>>
