Wonder how much this ATT problem will cost Cisco, In terms of Customer loyalty. Seems like the myth about going with Cisco is broken. Cisco's equipment provides NO ADVANTAGE over its competitors.

Furthermore with the end-to-end stuff that Cisco stands for has its distinct disadvantage. An ISP is stuck with Cisco products, and must live under the cloud of SEVERE Losses financially and in customer loyalty.

Imagine the number of customers ATT lost will lose, because they choose to have more than one Network Service Provider.

Cisco should be made to pay 50% of the cost. (ATT should not be duped by the chartered planes that Chambers likes to show off with)
