Joe, If you look at the latest figures, the total number of shares outstanding for Patriot has increased to over 36M. This is about a 3M share increase over the last filing if I'm not mistaken. Maybe some of these shares are the debentures converting. I have heard a rumor that most have been done, although this is strictly rumor. Cap
