I am quite skeptical about these new highs the markets are making. I think the market values are artificially driven. Much like a pyriamid scheme. MM's are buying and selling amongst each other, using the same capital to drive markets to new highs, primarily to attract new capital in from the public. How can the economy grow at an annual rate of say 5% and at the same time have market surges of more than 25%. The only rational is artifial valuation. MM's can buy and sell to each other for the sole purpose of directing prices in any particular direction.
Also I am begining to question the validity of company reports.
If a company reports bad earnings, then they risk losing market share to a competitor and in a fast pace-high tech economy that would spell dissaster, hence bogus reports drawn up primarily to maintain business confidence.
